On Saturday May 19 from 9am-3:30pm (church opens at 8:30), we will have a special seminar called Leading out of the Center of God’s Will led by Alan Chandler of Church Doctor Ministries. This seminar is open to all and is free, though we do ask you to RSVP if able to help us figure out numbers for lunch. This is something that we hope all members of St. Mark’s can attend as we learn together about what it means to serve God and find our place to serve God in the church and the world. If you cannot attend all of the event, please come for the part of the day that you can attend.
St. Mark’s has joined a local initiative to address generational poverty in DeKalb County. This will launch with a seminar on July 11, 11 am—2 pm at DeKalb High School. You can learn more about the event from the link to the initiative website on our website. We hope St. Mark’s is represented well and can provide scholarships to those in need. St. Mark’s is one of the first partners of this intuitive and we are excited to help bring transformation to our community in this way. Learn more by clicking here.
